Compression springs are produced to customer specifications at Bakker Springs B.V. Think of different materials, dimensions, post-treatments and finishing treatments. We process wire and rods from 0.1 mm to 20 mm wire thickness. We also supply thermoformed springs up to 65 mm in wire thickness.
Extension springs are produced custom-made. You can ask for different types of material, dimensions and finishing treatments. We offer different loops. Our wire thickness for extension springs goes from 0,1 - 20 mm.
You can order torsion springs from us in different dimensions. You also have a choice of different materials and service treatments. We process wire and rods from 0.1 mm to 20 mm in diameter.
Leaf springs are produced from flat material. We produce leaf springs of 0.1 mm to 15 mm thickness. Due to the possibilities in laser cutting, expensive cutting temples are avoided in many cases. You can choose from different types of material and surface treatments.
Disc springs are often used in small spaces and can generate great forces. At Bakker Springs B.V. we supply disc springs according to EN 16983. We also make various specific disc springs. These are available in the materials stainless steel 316 or Inconel x750.
We have an extensive stock of die springs. Our die springs are produced according to ISO 10243 and of the highest quality. We can also produce special die springs for you.
We produce hairpin springs according to the customer's drawing and / or sample. This applies to both single and double hairpin springs.
At Bakker Springs B.V. we produce protection springs for, among other things, hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The springs protect the hoses against damage. The springs are produced custom-made. You have the choice of various different materials, dimensions and surface treatments.
Conical compression springs
Conical compression springs are often used when the installation spaces are limited. When pressed, the windings collaps and because the diameters are different, the spring retains its forces.

All our springs are packed in standard boxes. These boxes weigh a maximum of 30 kilos so that they can be transported easily.
Due to the annoying characteristic of springs to 'intertwine' it is necessary to pack the springs in such a way that our customer can easily process them.
In some cases, packaging the (compression) spring in a hose offers a good solution. However, this is only interesting with larger quantities.
PE bag packaging
Normally our springs are supplied in a PE bag of 100 or 1000 pieces. This is to prevent the springs from 'hooking' into each other. As a result, our customer receives the stock in a well-organized manner that is easy to count.
