Bakker Springs B.V. - Specialist in technical springs

Contact us

At Bakker Springs B.V. you can find a wide variety of springs: from compression springs to tension springs and from wave springs to protection springs. Look at the overview of our technical springs below to read more information about every product.

Compression springs

Compression springs are produced to customer specifications at Bakker Springs B.V. Think of different materials, dimensions, post-treatments and finishing treatments. We process wire and rods from 0.25 mm to 20 mm wire thickness. We also supply thermoformed springs up to 65 mm in wire thickness.

Extension springs

Extension springs are produced custom-made. You can ask for different types of material, dimensions and finishing treatments. We offer different loops. Our wire thickness for extension springs goes from 0,25 - 20 mm.

Torsion springs

You can order torsion springs from us in different dimensions. You also have a choice of different materials and service treatments. We process wire and rods from 0.25 mm to 20 mm in diameter.

Wire products

We have been producing wire products up to 14 mm thick since 1948. These are used for, among other things:

  • Agricultural sector
  • Filter systems
  • Decorative sector

Leaf springs

Leaf springs are produced from flat material. We produce leaf springs of 0.1 mm to 15 mm thickness. Due to the possibilities in laser cutting, expensive cutting temples are avoided in many cases. You can choose from different types of material and surface treatments.

Disc springs

Disc springs are often used in small spaces and can generate great forces. At Bakker Springs B.V. we supply disc springs according to EN 16983. We also make various specific disc springs. These are available in the materials stainless steel 316 or Inconel x750.

Die springs

We have an extensive stock of die springs. Our die springs are produced according to ISO 10243 and of the highest quality. We can also produce special die springs for you.

Wave springs

We supply a wide range of wave springs. Wave springs provide the perfect solution for applications where installation space is limited and yet high dynamic force is required. The springs are produced from wound steel with waves to make them resilient.

Hairpin springs

We produce hairpin springs according to the customer's drawing and / or sample. This applies to both single and double hairpin springs.

Protection springs

At Bakker Springs B.V. we produce protection springs for, among other things, hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The springs protect the hoses against damage. The springs are produced custom-made. You have the choice of various different materials, dimensions and surface treatments.

Conische drukveren

Conical compression springs

Conical compression springs are often used when the installation spaces are limited. When pressed, the windings collaps and because the diameters are different, the spring retains its forces.

Retaining rings

We produce retaining rings custom-made. You have the choice of different dimensions and materials.

Surface treatments

Chrome plating

Good corrosion resistant and is a very tough coating. Used where good durable resistance is desired together with good corrosion.

Good corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity.

Good corrosion resistance and does not fall quickly; good soldering and conducts very well.

Nickel plating

Widely used as a decorative coating.

Good corrosion resistance, but it becomes pale quickly. Good soldering and conducts well.

Good corrosion resistance and good soldering.

In blue or black. Good corrosion resistance.

Chemical blacks
A uniform, decorative black coating that has a low corrosion resistance.

Powder coating
This can be done in multiple RAL colors.

Shot blasting
Increases the service life of some springs considerably.

Usually used for deburring.

All our springs are packed in standard boxes. These boxes weigh a maximum of 30 kilos so that they can be transported easily.

Hose packaging

Due to the annoying characteristic of springs to 'intertwine' it is necessary to pack the springs in such a way that our customer can easily process them.

In some cases, packaging the (compression) spring in a hose offers a good solution. However, this is only interesting with larger quantities.

PE bag packaging

Normally our springs are supplied in a PE bag of 100 or 1000 pieces. This is to prevent the springs from 'hooking' into each other. As a result, our customer receives the stock in a well-organized manner that is easy to count.
